These terms govern your use of ThriveCall ("the app"), provided by LateHours Studio ("we", "us"). By installing or using the app you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the app. See also our Privacy Policy.
You must be 18 or older. The app includes voices with romantic, flirty character styles that are intended for adults. By using the app you confirm that you are at least 18.
ThriveCall is a convenience alarm clock. Alarms can fail, be delayed or be silent because of device settings, battery optimization, Do Not Disturb or silent mode, low volume, a dead or switched-off phone, operating-system restrictions or updates, force-stopping the app, or software errors. Do not rely on ThriveCall as your only alarm for anything time-critical or safety-critical, such as flights, medication, medical appointments, work shifts or exams. Always use a backup.
ThriveCall is not a medical device and does not provide medical, health or sleep advice or tracking.
You may write your own wake-up message, which is converted to speech. You are responsible for it. It must not be unlawful, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, threatening or infringing, and it must be your own text or text you have the right to use. We may block messages that don't meet these rules, and we may restrict use of the app if it is abused.
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app on your own devices. The app, its design, and its voices belong to us or our licensors. Don't copy, reverse engineer or misuse the app or the services behind it, or attempt to bypass limits or protections.
The app relies on services from third parties (for example Google Play, RevenueCat, Cloudflare and ElevenLabs). Their availability and terms are outside our control. We may change, suspend or discontinue features or the app at any time.
The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We don't promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or that alarms will always ring.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including missed appointments, flights, work or lost opportunities arising from an alarm that did not ring or ring on time, or from AI-generated content. Our total liability for any claim related to the app is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your mandatory consumer rights where you live.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the competent courts of Israel have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have under the law of the country where you live.
We may update these terms. The new version will be posted at this URL with a new date. If you keep using the app after a change, you accept it.
