ThriveCall has no user accounts. Almost everything the app knows about
you is stored only on your phone, and a little purchase information is
kept by our subscription service. Here's how to delete each.
Delete everything on your phone
Uninstall ThriveCall. This immediately and permanently
deletes your nickname, your alarms, their voice and snooze settings, your
custom wake-up messages, and all cached message audio. We have no copy of
any of this.
Request deletion of your purchase records
If you ever subscribed to ThriveCall Premium, our subscription service
(RevenueCat) keeps a record of the purchase linked to a random, anonymous
ID — not your name or email. To have it deleted:
Include your Google Play order number for the subscription (it starts with “GPA.” and is in your Google Play purchase receipt email, or Play Store → Payments & subscriptions → Budget & history). It lets us find your anonymous record.
We delete the record within 30 days and reply to confirm.
What is deleted and what is kept
Deleted: the purchase history and anonymous ID held by RevenueCat for your purchase.
Kept by Google, not us: your payment and order records in Google Play, under Google's privacy policy. Deleting data doesn't cancel an active subscription — cancel it in Play Store → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
Not stored by us: wake-up messages are generated on request and we do not keep them. Our proxy keeps your IP address in rate-limit counters that expire automatically within about 25 hours. Data processed by Cloudflare and ElevenLabs (the AI and voice providers) is held under their own policies; we cannot look it up or delete it for you. See the privacy policy for details.
